Neon End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of any digital goods, content, or services you purchase, access, or redeem through Neon.

By making a purchase or redeeming content via Neon, you agree to the terms below.

1. License to Use

When you purchase digital content (such as virtual currency, items, or downloadable content), you’re getting a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use that content solely for personal, non-commercial use, and only as permitted by the game developer or publisher.

You do not own the digital content. Ownership remains with the publisher or rights holder. You cannot resell, sublicense, or distribute the content unless specifically allowed by them.

2. Availability and Functionality

Access to digital goods may be subject to platform, region, or game-specific restrictions. We’re not responsible for changes to the game, the publisher’s systems, or platform rules that affect access or usability of digital items.

3. Refunds

We want you to have a fair experience. Refunds may be available based on our Refund Policy and applicable laws. If you run into an issue with your purchase, please contact us — we’re here to help.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Neon and any digital content legally, fairly, and in line with game rules. Don’t try to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise misuse the platform, game, or content.

5. Termination

We or the publisher can revoke your license to digital content if you violate this EULA, the game’s terms, or applicable laws. If that happens, access to purchased items may be removed or suspended.

6. Disclaimers

Neon provides digital goods “as-is.” We make no guarantees that items will always be available, functional, or compatible with future versions of the game. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

7. Updates and Changes

This EULA may be updated from time to time. We’ll notify you if we make material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
